The cars were tilted on edge and had something painted on their tops, hoods or trunks. My memory of the words painted on the cars is vague but I think it was “Poor Jim” Who was Jim? Was this some kind of statewide driver safety program?

My neighbor works on multiple cars at a time and keeps them parked in the alley behind my house. I can hear him grinding and pounding at all hours. He stores junk cars in the back yard that are visible from my back yard.

Unfortunately there is no recourse except to call us, and we’ll come and haul away those cars for him, free of charge, and we’ll give you the travel voucher :)
